1994   Institute of Nails was opened by Kathy Collingsworth.
2002   Candy Sapp purchased Institute of Nails.
2004   Heather Swenson purchased Institute of Nails.

Heather Swenson

Heather has been working with natural nails for several years. After moving to Nebraska in 2001 she attended Institute of Nails and was taught under Kathy and Candy for artificial enhancements. Heather is a licensed Nail Technician, licensed Instructor and is Advanced Master Certified through Creative Nail Design. Heather specializes in natural nails, gel nails and fiberglass/silk wrap nails. Heather purchased Institute of Nails in 2004.

Kathy Collingsworth

Kathy has been a highly accredited Nail Technician for over 20 years and has competed in many nail competitions, bringing back to the salon her trophies. She is a licensed Nail Technician, licensed Instructor, and has her Advanced Master Certification through Creative Nail Design. Kathy owned and operated Institute of Nails and her salon Nail Bizz through 2002 when she then sold the school to Candy Sapp. Kathy specializes in colored acrylics and French Radicals. Kathy now instructs part-time at the Institute of Nails.

Nancy Bumann

Nancy has over 14 years of Nail Technician experience. She is a licensed Nail Technician and Nail Instructor. Nancy owns Ten Twenty Nail Salon in Lincoln and specializes in acrylic nails. Nancy instructs part-time at the Institute of Nails.

Jessica Cutshall

Jessica has over 12 years experience as a Nail Technician. As a licensed Nail Technician and Nail Instructor she instructs part time at Institute of Nails. Jessica specializes in French Radicals and colored acrylic enhancements. She is also master certified through Creative Nail Design and is working on becoming a Certified Advanced Master.

Rondee Roth

Rondee has over 3 years experience as a Nail Technician and holds a Business Degree. She is a licensed Nail Technician and Nail Instructor. Rondee instructs part time at Institute of Nails and is working on becoming Master certified through Creative Nail Design.
